1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and KAISOV, a venture operating under KAISOV, LLC (Delaware) (“KAISOV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the www.kaisov.com website, any related domains (e.g., kaisov.ai, kaisov.co), and any associated applications (the “Site”).

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

2. NATURE OF THE SERVICE (REGTECH DISCLAIMER)

2.1. Stealth and Development: The Site is currently in a state of private development and stealth mode. Information provided is conceptual and reflects the ongoing development of the KAISOV platform.

2.2. 3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND CONFIDENTIALITY

3.1. Ownership: The content on the Site, including the names KAISOV, KAIROS, and ARXE, the visual architecture, logos, underlying code, and all related intellectual property (collectively, the “KAISOV IP”), is owned by or licensed to us.

3.2. Protection: You agree not to copy, reproduce, or reverse engineer any KAISOV IP. The proprietary nature of the KAISOV system (including its AI-driven RegTech and Digital POA architecture) grants it significant commercial value, and any unauthorized use or disclosure will be subject to enforcement under applicable IP laws.

4. USER REPRESENTATIONS AND ACCESS

4.1. User Vetting: By submitting credentials via the “Submit Private Access Credentials” form, you represent and warrant that you are seeking access as a legitimate HNW individual, institutional investor, or qualified business partner (e.g., VC Firm, Family Office, Licensed Broker-Dealer).

4.2. Accuracy of Information: You represent that the information provided in the access form (including Net Worth/AUM) is accurate, truthful, and provided for the sole purpose of assessing your eligibility for future partnership or investment access.

5. DISCLAIMERS

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE AND YOUR USE THEREOF.
